Flagship Services empower the International trade community through its applications for Ships Management and Import documentation for ocean and rail to the U.S. and Canada Customs, providing progressive support and critical functionality. Flagship was founded in 1986 to provide quality information technology products, services, and support to the ocean shipping industry. Today these products and services cover a broad spectrum centering on the licensing and service of operational and accounting software used by ocean carriers, rail roads and their agents worldwide.

The company is located in Rockville, MD and Apollo (close to Pittsburgh), PA.

We are seeking to employ a

CUSTOMER SERVICE / PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST


Responsibilities will include:
  • Customer Service by phone and internet
  • Relationship building
  • Product Marketing and sales
  • Introducing new services and products
  • Application training
  • Some Travel required

You should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience from ships agent or similar (ships, rail, trucking or air)
  • Computer skills
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Team player spirit
