24-Hour Service - Here at Flagship, we have received many inquires regarding 24 hour support. We have taken this into consideration, and have implemented a new plan to better serve our customers. Flagship Tips (SHIPS*AMS)
Some of you may have heard already, but for those who haven't; USCS will be implementing an additional two pieces of information to be filed in accordance with the 24 hour rule. The vessel departure date and time will need to be filed for each foreign port of load of each vessel. This implementation will be ready in SHIPS*AMS at the end of March.
