There have been a lot of questions regarding how to check on the status of a manifest or a bill of lading that was submitted to USCS.

This can happen in few different ways, but I would like to point out one particular selection. From the Main Menu, you will see Option number 5, “Reports”. Under this option, there are many different reports that can be run to not only check the status of transmissions to USCS, but also several reports that may be helpful in keeping records. The most frequently used reports to check the status would be;

Option 5: USCS Manifest Create Response, Option 6: USCS Manifest Amendment Response, and Option 10: USCS Inbonds/Vessel Arrival Response. By running any of these three reports, you will be able to track the response from USCS when a relative transmission has been sent.
